This tool is a log for tracking various health statistics - 

• Height
• Weight
• Hip circumference
• Body fat %
• Resting heart rate
• Blood pressure

In addition, it will also calculate your Body Mass Index and Body Adiposity Index (this is scientifically recognised approximation for body fat % if you do not have access to a proper measurement)

The tool is pre-loaded with the current guidline levels for these various statistics according to your entered gender and age. The tool will then be able to clearly highlight if/when you have any areas for concern.

The model also presents all of these statistics on a range of graphs on a very useful one page historical summary of your progress.

Can be used with either Imperial or Metric measurements.
